Fees & Payment Policy
- Session fees are advised on the Fees page.
- Payment is required on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.
- Unpaid accounts may result in future bookings being postponed until payment is received.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is respected and protected. All personal information shared during counselling sessions is handled confidentially in accordance with applicable Australian privacy principles. Information is stored securely and only used for purposes related to providing counselling services. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is concern for serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain availability, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% session fee.
- Missed appointments / no-shows may incur the full session fee.
- For phone counselling sessions, if I am unable to reach you at the scheduled time and do not hear from you within 15 minutes, the appointment may be considered a missed session.
- If technical issues occur during a phone session, reasonable efforts will be made to reconnect or reschedule where appropriate.
- Exceptions may be considered in cases of genuine emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances at my discretion.
- Repeated late cancellations or non-attendance may result in future bookings requiring prepayment.
