The Heart of My Practice

My therapeutic philosophy is built on one idea: when harmony grows in the family, every person in it grows too.

Family-Centred Care

I don’t just treat symptoms; I nurture systems. My approach looks at the beautiful, complex dynamics of family life to create lasting harmony.

Philosophy Pillar 01

“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”

— Carl Rogers, On Becoming a Person (1961)

Children & The Little Ones

I work with children, including those on the autism spectrum, always in partnership with their parents. Real progress happens when the whole family grows together.

Couples, Teens & Families

Support for the conversations that matter most — strengthening communication between partners, helping teens through friendships, school, and screen-time worries, and restoring harmony across generations at home.
